The Staff at the Merced location are GREAT!! Very knowledgeable, cheerful and attentive towards taking my donations. If there's something concerning, I ask if there's something I can do to help things, and they make thoughtful suggestions that work wonders. Accidents and reactions do happen. I've had them happen in the beginning and was concerned, so I also looked inward and worked towards taking care of myself as well. So I asked a fellow donor in line behind me if I could get my phone he said yeah, when I came back I was confronted by 2 Mexicans who threatened me to get to the back ,while defending my self I was approached by some form Of management forcing me to the back , the 2 Mexicans proceded to talk and i responded after that the guy gets in my face from The front of the line and threatens me to my face and during this I’m still threatened with them canceling only my visit , these guys started it and threatened me and they stil... read more
Love this place the workers are incredibly respectful polite n funny. They make my experience worth wild making it easier to come back again. I recommend if u want to do good for a good purpose come on down a donate today.
People were telling me that it was going to take 8 hours amongst other negative things. But ultimately, I was in/out in about 3, 3 and a half hours. And there was nothing negative about the place. All the staff is nice and on top of every step to help. In addition , you literally get paid right after! I will be going back again. Thanks for your services.
I have been there a couple of times everyone is very professional and very respectful but, there something about the place. I dont care for but, I cannot put my finger on it. I dont know if it is corporate control or the people that work there dont like there job or there souls are sucked out of there body. But you can feel it when you walk-in the building.
