They are very patient with a lot of weird people compared to other places. I invested my $60 in stuff that can help me get a better job! If you're looking for a way to partially finance a job search and you're not weird, this is solid place to donate.
The staff is the nicest I’ve ever met. Cookie is a very sweet lady. I love it when she’s here. I had Cookie stick me today for my donation and didn’t even feel it. She has an awesome personality. I started donating in April 2025 and keep coming. Other than Cookie there’s only a few others that I love interacting with and they are Que, Michele, and Brenda. There’s a few others but I’m not 100% on their names but know them by face. I definitely recommend this facility over other in Tallahassee.
Short staff. I had to wait 1:30 before that because there was only one person on the front desk for checking in procedure and no nurse for physical. Besides the long wait, I was lucky to have the best nurse to set me up for the plasma donation. Brenda was super sweet and kind.
Quick an efficient. Its best that you're prepared in all ways before you start. In order to have the smoothest process possible. That's if you're doing your part the best that you can. Meaning the day, night before. Also before arriving.
Tallahassee center is very clean. Staff is polite. My issue is they several times I donated, the machine stops after last cycle and doesn't give me red blood cells and saline. The tech has to come mess with the machine.
