I had a great experience at Octapharma! Everyone was very helpful in getting me in and set up and my donation was very fast. Thank you to the staff!
Everyone here was so attentive!! Constantly making sure I was okay! At one point I got a little lightheaded and 2 nurses stopped what they were doing to elevate my feet and put ice packs on me. Everything was SO clean! Super friendly people and I’m so glad they opened up
The facility is brand new & very clean! All staff were warm, friendly & efficient. I will probably donate 2 times, then return to another center, as the compensation is significantly lower here after the 2nd donation. If compensation was comparable to other centers I’d stay here.
It's been a great experience from day 1 at Octapharama Plasma. The staff are always awesome and a great pleasure to be around. I've donated at all the plasma centers in Tallahassee. Wow, what am amazing and experience Octapharma Plasma is hands down the best plasma center in North Florida, Very clean, very sterile and most importantly very informative and their Staff attitudes are 2nd to none.... Definitely a 5 star center... And special thanks to Kayla B. She did an sensational job with sticking me, and checking on me👍🏽
