The staff is the nicest I’ve ever met. Cookie is a very sweet lady. I love it when she’s here. I had Cookie stick me today for my donation and didn’t even feel it. She has an awesome personality. I started donating in April 2025 and keep coming. Other than Cookie there’s only a few others that I love interacting with and they are Que, Michele, and Brenda. There’s a few others but I’m not 100% on their names but know them by face. I definitely recommend this facility over other in Tallahassee.
Short staff. I had to wait 1:30 before that because there was only one person on the front desk for checking in procedure and no nurse for physical. Besides the long wait, I was lucky to have the best nurse to set me up for the plasma donation. Brenda was super sweet and kind.
It was nice and clean with great workers in the facility they have somewhere you can charge your phone at too
The staff members was extremely professional and helpful in all of the areas. My experience was an awesome and speedy one. Nurse Kendra helped me every step of the way. Special thanks to her.
I did not receive my payment on time. Staff at the center are great, but octapharma as an organization needs to fix the payment system. I also notice funds missing from my card randomly.
