Everyone here was so attentive!! Constantly making sure I was okay! At one point I got a little lightheaded and 2 nurses stopped what they were doing to elevate my feet and put ice packs on me. Everything was SO clean! Super friendly people and I’m so glad they opened up
I'm very disappointed to share with everyone that they charge money for unknown reasons and keep taking money away from my card. Each day I wake up more money is missing they take anywhere from $1.50 or $0.50 sometimes $7 I started taking the money out immediately but noticed that you can only take out in $20 increments from an ATM leaving $5 left for them to swipe from you and they do. I won't be playing any kind of games with the money that was supposed to be given to me for donating plasma. I will never go back
The facility is brand new & very clean! All staff were warm, friendly & efficient. I will probably donate 2 times, then return to another center, as the compensation is significantly lower here after the 2nd donation. If compensation was comparable to other centers I’d stay here.
It's been a great experience from day 1 at Octapharama Plasma. The staff are always awesome and a great pleasure to be around. I've donated at all the plasma centers in Tallahassee. So far the Octa team, facility and machines are the best. Thanks again Octapharma for remaining the same each and every donation. Jessica Carter
I appreciate coming to a nice and warm environment. I most definitely appreciate the nurse Lakendra and the Phlebotomist Toshia. The facility is clean and well kept as well. Thank you guys for all you do for us.
