Just wanted to take a minute to say Thank You for doing your very best to keep this very beautiful community a neighborhood to be proud of. I understand that not everyone takes pride in this community, but I am definitely an exception. I think the majority of residents in this building are responsible adults, but there are times I wish I had a camera for negligent acts found in the breezeway (I contribute this to children). I’m going to give this place 3 stars simply for the poor communication. But the apartments and townhomes itself definitely deserve 5 stars. I lived here for 5 years and never had a problem. The area is very quiet, I had the same neighbors the entire time I was there and we were all like family. All the apartments are nice and clean inside. You never have to worry about any bugs, maintenance is amazing you’ll never have to wait days without hearing from someone. Burt (the maintenance man) is AWESOME!
