Small jobs in my condo As a first time client I was very happy with my interaction with the company each time I called. They were accommodating when I had to reschedule. Shawn was very polite and professional when he came to do some small jobs in my condo. I appreciate his checking to confirm what I wanted done before he started. I will definately be using the company again in the future!

Kitty Litter Hideaway I moved recently and My new place didn't have a hideaway for the litter box. Having 2 cats I need 2 litter boxes and looking online most of the ones I found only accommodate one box. With this project; I found Odd Job professional and creative. I have a condo now that is a unique space where the challenge was to find a piece that wasn't overwhelming and could be accessible by two cats near a window with a Bump Out in the wall. Kitchen caulking Savarioo was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The job was for caulking around back splash in kitchen. There was some issues that had to be considered with my planned solution. Great, fast service and repair I contacted Odd Jobs based on a recommendation through a friend. It was a sunken sink issue. I was provided with a detailed quote just based on giving a description and pictures, and the actual invoice came in LOWER than the initial quote, which shows that this company his honest!!! The customer service from start to finish was wonderful, and they were especially great liaising with my tenant while I live overseas. Minor fixes and odd jobs in our condo We called Odd Jobs to fix minor issues in our condo that were giving us headaches for awhile. We needed to get the hinges on two doors fixed so the doors would properly open and close. We got the caulking redone in our bathtub and bathroom vanity and replaced our bath spout. We also had a large hole patched up and some areas that needed to be sanded down and ready for paint. Hand Rail Installation It was an emergency, had to install a handrail to my basement staircase. Dealing with odd job was pleasant from from booking the appointment to completing the task. They did a good job!

Fixed cabinet hinges, hung a clock and installed several keyboard trays The gentlemen arrived on time, was very nice and professional. He touched based with me throughout the process to ensure all was being taken care of. All work was completed as required and any mess was cleaned up.

Caulking and grout services Very straightforward process to communicate and receive a quote. Communication was timely and effective and the job was completed in a timely manner. Being a landlord that lives overseas, having a simplified process was ideal and it was great receiving the pictures of the finished work sent to me. Would highly recommend Odd Job!
