Ryan came in to service our water cooler and was extremely professional from start to finish. He was extremely detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. Excellent service all around—he did a great job.
Just signed an agreement to have an ice maker on site for our construction company. Shawna and her team provided prompt delivery and installation. There was a minor drip coming from one of the connections and I called asking if a tech could come out in the next couple of days. A tech was on site within an hour and had the issue resolved in no time. Great customer service comes from serving the customer. Great job!!!

Do NOT do business with this company. Shawna did a “renewal” which is supposed to be 12 months and slid in a 60 month renewal during year four of the contract. Austin, the president, considers it binding even though they are not asking for signature authority. My AP employee was just trying to sync up billing on 5 units to the same date/bill. We really like the the new coolers, they even tell how much water has been ran through it. Great service, install was good, not one issue.
