Matthew Ziccardi came out to install our new unit and he did an AMAZING job!!! It was not your average run-of-the-mill install either. There were physical/structural challenges at our site that Matthew easily overcame. He also did a great job explaining the unit, how it works, and how to properly care for it. Office H2O provides these awesome water coolers with ICE. This is a huge benefit and the staff loves them. I wish the ice bins were a little larger, but for the most part it satisfies the staff. The service H2O provides is great, we had one small issue and they were out here within 24 hours to fix the issue. Also, the water tastes great from our water lines, which shows great filtration. We love these so much more than lugging around jugs all the time.
