Jesse always helps out above and beyond when he comes to Haltec. He is very helping and answers every question we throw his way. He is speedy with service and provides excellent customer service. Haltec never has a worry when the call is to Jesse. Office H2O is our go to office water service. 10/10 recommend!
Our office had a water main break, and we wanted our machine cleaned out before using again. Jesse came out the next day and took great care of us. He ensured that it was emptied, cleaned, sanitized, and new filters installed. Jesse provided wonderful customer service with a positive attitude and a great smile. Ask for him by name!
