Office H2O associate Jesse, serviced my unit today, came in introduced himself, had a positive attitude professional appearance, informed me of the service he will be providing today. I had a question regarding the pump constantly running he gladly replied that he will look into the situation and made adjustments to correct the issue all fixed, didn’t rush the work, very thorough. We had Nick and Josh from Office H2O install a bottleless water system in our office, and they did an outstanding job! They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and seamless. Service was timely from my initial request. Jesse was able to repair and while he was here serviced two other machines (very efficient). Explained issue and how it was fixed so very helpful for my troubleshooting in the future. Thanks for a nice, clean, efficient service call Jesse.
Dj came out to inquire about my business needing a filtered water cooler and was incredibly impressive and informing. Answered every question and concern immediately and explained how it would look and the set up process perfectly. A couple days later Nick and his trainee Josh were here to install! Everything went very smoothly and they were very informative and helpful. Can’t even notice the line where they had to hookup to the water source! I will recommend this company to everyone I know who could use it!
I have had great experiences with Office H2O. Anytime we ever have an issue they are prompt in getting us service. Jesse is extremely helpful. He is polite, and so kind. He always addresses our issues and gets us back up and running quickly. Jesse is very reliable, maintains high quality work and is definitely a value to the company!
