Dr. Elizabeth Thompson did not provide the services I requested. I needed a new antidepressant and anti-anxiety medicine. She gave me sertraline and didn’t tell me to wean off my current escitalopram, so I took the sertraline and stopped taking my other medicine. “Let’s say you come in for an oil change. I do my typical diagnosis and find that you have a leaking a/c line and the system is empty, and your brake pads in the front are worn to nothing. I will give you an estimate as to how much it will cost to repair the issue, If you give me the go-ahead to repair the issue. BE WARNED. I will be asking for referrals out of Ogden Clinic exclusively because of the billing department. The supervisor Michelle. is. horrible. Genuinely the worst medical billing experience I’ve ever had. I will be reaching out to customer care. Always issues. They give you minimal notice and then send your account balance to collections with an additional 25-65% fee. They refuse to waive the fees. Appalling.
