I have really enjoyed working with Heather Roberts, and have seen success moving towards my goals, so I'm sad I need to write this review but I think it needs to be said. This afternoon, I was running late for my 4:45 appointment and so I called the office and let them know I'd be 8-9 minutes late. They responded with "Okay, that's fine, we'll let the provider know and call you back if that's a problem." I asked them what the grace period is, just in case, and they responded "15 minutes". Holly is amazing. She was able to pinpoint the reason I am so tired. I’m on supplements now and excited to feel better. Holly takes her time with you and always answers all my questions.
I like my provider but I'm having a hard time with this medical office. Several times I have gone back and forth trying to get prescriptions resolved and questions answered. I appreciate that it takes time to respond, I also work in the medical field and understand the high volume of requests that come in. However, when I have to call 3 separate times to correct a prescription or call 15 days after a request was messaged through the portal because I haven't heard back, it is not meeting my expectations as a customer. Dr Rigby is a awesome doctor who truly cares about the individual and in helping them gain optimal health. So thankful to have as my doctor. Each visit he takes the time to update himself so when we meet its like we pick up just where the last visit left off and we move forward in my health process. He listens. And we discuss what is best for me. Some of my out of the box issues take extra research to find answers, but we are finding the answers. An awesome gem to the medical profession.
Dr Rigby is EXCELLENT doctor! He always takes the time needed to care for his patients who he knows, he has always treated me like family! I have recommended him to friends and family, and would definitely recommend his practice again!
