Every person I encountered for my appointment since the moment I called were extremely kind and helpful. Made the appointment very comfortable! Would highly recommend.
The staff were all very friendly. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns and provide answers to the best of their abilities. I feel far too often rushed in any medical setting but that was not the case here. The doctor helped me find immediate relief to the pain I’ve been having as well as a plan for the future and suggestions on further care for other issues. Best experience I’ve had with a doctor’s office in a long time.
My experience was excellent. My feet were given care. My feet were examined and xrayed. Medication are subscribed for issues found to help with my condition. All the doctors and staff are wonderful. I really felt everyone wanted to help me. There was no waite time. I was seen right away at the time of my appointment.
From the beginning of our appointment until we left the office, every one was welcoming and helped put my daughter at ease. The doctor and staff were knowledgeable and explained everything so we could understand it. Would definitely recommend!!
Dr. DeCato and staff have been outstanding in their care of my daughter, who has had to come in repeatedly for an issue on the bottom of her feet. Dr. DeCato was patient, understanding and kind in his interaction with her and explained everything well. From the front desk to the assistants, I highly recommend this facility for anyone needing care!
