In terms of background, we recently relocated to NE OH and realized, once the frozen ground thawed, that the house we bought in the winter had a water intrusion issue. I have had an extended warranty with Ohio State Waterproofing for over 15 years. They have always been there for me when I needed anything. Fast, friendly and respectful. The hard truth is that people write letters to express what is wrong far more often than what is right. JS My experience with OSW was very positive from the start with sales representative, Lee, giving. detailed information on the process. Mike and his crew of Ben, Miguel and Polo were excellent workers and this is hard work. Each and everyone was personable and polite. When there was a boo-boo with a side door they let me know immediately and they'd cover it. In addition Mike's calm and concerned manner as well as his excellent listening skills were a real plus. We just had basement work finished and the crew was great. We worked with Noah and Steveand everybody was professional and explained everything they were doing. They kept me in the loop and finished before the estimated time which is allowing me to return to work sooner then expected. We'll sleep better knowing our basement should be well protected going forward.

I would like to extend my appreciation to the OSWcrew who completed the project of replacing one of my basement walls which was allowing rainwater to enter which in turn created a much unwanted musty smell. The job was projected to take 5 days which they actually wrapped up in 4. This crew was here early each morning and went right to work. They were able to rebuild this wall from the inside, leaving zero damage to outside shrubs and a side walkway, which I was highly concerned about. They took care to cover everything that ... read more
