Totally happy! The guys were kind and courteous. Made sure we understood everything that was being done and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every aspect. They kept the noise to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves every day a stellar job!Would recommend OSW with no problem. So happy we finally made the decision to have this done and extremely happy we chose OSW.

This company did a great job at fixing my basement water issues. The ******* whose name was DJ went above and beyond getting everything done. His crew were very efficient, friendly and polite. DJ explained everything to me that was being done. This crew worked hard. I highly recommend this company!

They got the job done sooner than anticipated and even cleaned up beautifully. The crew was polite and kept us informed during the process. We experienced a small problem with the battery backup and they corrected it quickly and without any hassle. I would definitely recommend OSW.
