You get what you pay for! In 1995 before we finished our basement we contacte Ohio State Waterproofing. Since then we have had a dry basement and no damage to ourfinished basement. We recomend OSW and their staff. Thanks again OSW!! MF

Excellent company to work with When I purchased my home 8 yrs ago, the basement had already been waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. Although I didn't make the original purchase, I was happy to discover that the warranty was transferrable and very inexpensive to renew annually. My home is 97 years old, so I did expect to have some problems along the way. I have had two minor service calls in 8 years. Each time the workers were on time, polite, maintained a clean work space, and did an excellent job explaining the work they completed. The best part was that both service calls were covered completely by the warranty! I would definitely recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to anyone who is looking for a waterproofing contractor.

We just had OSW waterproof our basement. They hand dug outside which was nice instead of running heavy machinery in the wet yard. The jackhammer inside was a little unnerving but its only the first half day. THey completed my job in just 2 days and did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. Of course, after just 1 day I don't know how the job will hold up but I expect they will stand behind their warrantee considering the ease and friendliness of the customer service. THey were always willing to answer my questions and showed a lot of patience when I didn't understand at first.

I had my basement waterproofed last February and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and treated my home like it was there own. One worker even went above and beyond his work duties to help with a couple problems that came unexpectedly. I will recommend them to everyone.

Great Company When I purchased my home, it had already been waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. Though I wasn't there when they put the system in, it looks like a job well, and neatly, done. I have had them out once for a minor service call (which was covered under the warranty) and it was a pleasant experience. The workers were on time, polite, and did a good job of explaining to me the work that they had completed. If you're looking for a waterproofing contractor, I would recommend Ohio State Waterproofing. CB

No more wet basement Before our basement was waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing, each time there was a heavy rain we had to move things off of the floor in case water came in. Since the waterproofing, about six years ago, we've had no problems. VRL
