OSW did right by us , and I am now a happy customer.I received a reimbursement check today for $900 , half of what I paid for a new sump pump and battery which I purchased in 2014, with a five year warranty. They did not have to do this , but they truly followed the Golden Rule .Thank you OSW!
Our home was waterproofed Before we owned it by Ohio State Waterproofing 30 years ago. We have paid a meager $25 a year to maintain our warranty. My house was built in 1890, so when the basement started to leak, I wasn’t surprised but definitely concerned as to whether or not it could be corrected without costing me an arm and a leg. Thank you Ohio State Waterproofing for the wonderful job that you did on waterproofing our my house. We have had lots of rainy days and torrential downpours and now I can sit in my home comfortable and dry. My name is Matt Burk, I used Ohio State Waterproof to rebuild some bowing and collapsing basement walls. Frank is the GM that I spoke with about the project. He was fantastic, he had his best guy come to the house and evaluate the job. They quoted the work and stuck to their quote. They even fixed other items as they found them at no additional cost. I would use them for any project and hope you will too. This is a great local company that cares about the customer more than the profit. Use them for all of their services.
I had two appointments for a free estimate. I did not appreciate the sexist comments made by the individuals that came out to complete those estimates. I am an educated woman, with two degrees and a real estate license, I did not appreciate these individuals telling me "you look like a smart woman", while discussing the procedures and financing of the those procedures.
