I waited almost two hours for an oil change in the heat of the summer. I purchased a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and they gave me a synthetic blend which is cheaper. They never called me back to rectify the situation. My car is newer so it requires full synthetic. I won't be able to get the protection my car requires with the below par oil change they gave me. This guys ripped us off today ! Bought a Groupon for an oil change ! At the start everything went fine, he said this truck will need two more cans of oil which will be additional 25$! I said fine! Long story short they said your truck requires certain oil we use this. Here I am confused, left exhausted because I waited for close to an hour. I said fine. The best service I have received. They treat each customer so well. Complimentary drink while they work on your car. They aren't pushy either, but they do give you ALL of your options. Won't go anywhere else!
I got my registration done at my last visit. The staff were super responsive, respectful, and kind. We got to stay in our car as they quickly completed the work. If this was the service for a registration we will definitely be coming back with all our cars for registration and oil changes. Nice job!
