WARNING!! CALL AHEAD AS THEIR HOURS VARY.. the guys clock out annd leave at 6. It was 520. And was told one person was ahead of me, so come back the next morning. He was just plain rude about it. The service was great. Car wash was thorough and they actually dried it. Yes they probably up sell but they are a business and that's part of business. They don't force you to buy any service they just ask or recommend it and you can simply pass on it. They seemed honest and did not try to scare you into a service or pressure you. I found my new place for oils changes and car washes.
Great oil service and car wash, a Santa Fe standout. Very friendly and competent. Can get pricy with synthetic oil, wiper blades, and intake filter. But they do give you a car wash coupon which takes so if the pain off the price.
We were returning home to California from our holiday vacation and stopped for an oil service. Excellent friendly helpful non-pushy service.
Beware! I am long time customer. The exterior wash and interior services are expensive but good. Took my older collector car in for a wash. One of crew complemented me on the car as I retrieved it. Right after leaving I went to get gas and noticed that the liners for the coin and storage area were gone. I immediately went back, they could not find them and the acting manager told me they were likely vacuumed up by mistake and he would retrieve them first thing in the morning. Go to Jiffy Lube. They do the exact same thing for the exact same price, in a third of the time. The car wash, on the other hand, does a pretty good job.
Very polite and professional staff. This is an oil change experience like no other. I feel I was treated like a king. Customer service is top notch. That said, it is pretty expensive. I had a coupon and I took advantage of the free car wash. With those two factors the price was not that bad. Plus, all the oil change places in Santa Fe were pretty expensive too. This place earns their money with their customer service.
So I stopped at discount oil change 1, and the wait was 50 min. Went down the road to discount oil change 2, and the wait was 30 min. Went down a bit further to THIS PLACE and it was just awesome, friendly people, took us right in, changed the oil, got us on our way to grandma's 90th birthday party..... They did not try to up-sell us on anything, the way they do at the other places.
The customer service at this oil change and car wash may be the finest customer service I have found anywhere. I was so amazed by the skill of the staff and the servant's heart that they all possess. Job well done by this entire group!
