We had a house fire/water damage a few years ago. ODR did an awesome job. A few weeks ago we found flooring in our crawl space that a crew for ODR didn’t clean up. I made a phone call to ODR and they came out and cleaned up the mess that their former crew had left and rebraced the floor that had been knocked down. So glad I found this company. The commitment to their work was outstanding, they were always immediate in their responses, and they were conservative in their approach saving me money in repair costs, while still getting the job done. I hope to never again need disaster/damage restoration, but if I did, I would use them without hesitation and feel confident that I am in good hands.
