Integrity Spine Surgery whole team and Dr. Shridharani are wonderful - professional, caring and skillful. I have been following with Dr. Shridharani for two problems - my neck and sciatica. He did a back surgery that unpinched my sciatic nerve. No more pain or limping. I was impressed by the whole team's responsiveness. Cari answered all my question in MyChart on the same day, so I always felt confident that I was doing everything right after the surgery to heal well. Highly recommend.
Dr. Preston has the WORST bed side manner I've ever seen in my life. Ive seen him a few times and he has always been extremely rude and accusatory. The last time I saw him, I did not want the appt. but finally agreed to go after my primary dr suggested it several times. As soon as I walked in, he started blaming my problems on me and suggesting that I wanted more surgery. Why would I want that??? So some you know that I was fighting back pain for over 2 years. Finally my nurse practitioner I see was like you have to go to Integrity Spinal Surgery. I saw Dr. Shridharani and he heard me and let me know I could be fixed. January 28th I finally got to have my surgery after insurance delays. It’s been awhile since my appointment here but my feedback still stands. I was mis-referred here by a NP who didn’t realize they do spinal surgery and thought they were pain management for the spine as well. The provider I saw had no bedside manner. I could tell he was impatient and he was trying to get out the door as soon as he realized I wasn’t a surgery candidate. I cannot thank Dr.Shridharani and his team enough !! I had emergency spinal surgery the end of February and thanks to him and his team I have no pain and have regained the use of my arm and leg. They were kind, compassionate and really cared! Dr. Shridharani and his team saved my life. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of back or neck surgery. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
