Dr. Bergthold and her team were amazing! They patiently walked me through options I had for my oral surgery which I so greatly appreciated! They were kind and caring throughout the whole process. Dr. B even followed up the next day after the procedure to make sure I was feeling OK. I had almost no pain at all! Highly recommend!
I went to take my 17 year old to get wisdom teeth pulled. I did not get a phone call telling me any info even if the phone call was possible missed. I kept up with my email just in case there was a copay of any sort. The emails just stated what would happen and to come 20mins early. So we got there got all prepared for the surgery. I can't thank you enough! I called at 11am and was in the chair by 2pm. No more pain by 2:30pm or since. The staff helped me with my insurance and even my prescriptions where there was zero hassle or issues on my end. The dentist was beautiful 😍 and such sweetheart. Very professional across the board. I will definitely be back and refer to any and all. Thanks again!!!!!!
My son had his wisdom teeth removed here. The office space is nice and welcoming. The staff were all very professional, thorough, and he was in and out within 30 minutes.
Thus far during my 3 tooth removal in preparation for implants and bridge work, service and procedures have gone very well. The extraction was done with minimal discomfort and a personal text from surgeon followed up that afternoon. Was surprised that extraction pain has been relatively smooth over the next few days. Thus far would highly recommend this operation for dental care.
