Easy access once you get your account lined up. Staff members were very friendly and helpful over the phone. There is no regular on-site attendant, but I was told you can get one by appointment. The facility is clean and well lit The unit that we rented was easy to access and a padlock was provided. Overall good experience.
I appreciate the climate controlled facility and the prompt customer support!! I unexpectedly had to move out of my house into a much smaller living situation, and I appreciated that I could hop online and reserve a storage unit that was immediately ready for use. The layout of the facility could be confusing but they made sure to provide detailed instructions without me having to ask.
