Best location in Tuscaloosa if your in greek life and not living in the house
Don't ever sign a lease with this company. The management and ownership seems to be a one man rinky dink operation, which is apparently too small and unmotivated to get anything done. The living arrangements are much worse than they appear. Only lease from Old Row if you would like to have mold, no ice, and no water all year. With your A/C never being accurate or rarely functioning, you will also be sitting in your own pool of sweat waiting for your fridge to get fixed so you can have water to drink.
