I’ve had 2 tattoo removal sessions so far at Old Town Med Spa and have had such a great experience. Everyone there is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The spa is always very clean and the staff makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I’m really happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering tattoo removal treatments!
I had an amazing dermaplaning and peel with Marissa, and I can’t say enough good things about her skills and knowledge. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel completely comfortable, and my skin looks and feels incredible. I will definitely be going back! I have been going to this med spa for over a year now and have had nothing but great results. The customer service from the font desk and the doctors is amazing. Very friendly and comfortable vibes. Both Doctors are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about whatever my questions and or concerns are. I was doing weekly injections and lost a considerable amount of weight. Higy recommend!
I have been coming here now for over a year. When you walk up on the outside, it does not scream luxury, but once you get up the elevator to the actual office it is a bright and airy oasis! The staff is incredible. I have a horrible schedule and the staff goes out of their way to be flexible and accommodating. They are extremely responsive in real-time. They also give you the option to take treatments home to administer yourself, but I usually come in-person because it feels like a respite. Highly recommend.
