Becky was very helpful. We were looking to replace some flooring with some travertine that we had purchased from another store 10 years ago, and had called several places with no luck in finding what we needed. Becky helped us find what we needed, had the warehouse guy prepare our order and have it ready to load. I was also running late, the store had just closed and they sayer there 30 min after closing to make sure I had what I needed. Would highly recommend.
I entered the store with a unique set of problems, trying to find tile that would work on a curved shower, and still look great. I went to the front desk with a lost look on my face, and Rachel came to rescue! She took me from tile to tile until we found the right ones. I ended up using 3 different types, and got them for a good price. They even allowed me to buy more (fully returnable), so I wouldn't have to come back mid-project. Thanks so much Rachel, you are an amazing person! and great help.
The staff is super helpful and willing to take time to show me plenty of samples and different ideas. They worked to me to find the best prices and best quality of products for my job. I will definitely use owsi for jobs in the future and will refer my clients to them
The tile in the bathrooms is beautiful! The tile in the laundry.....that Skyler talked me into.......is everyone's favorite. The herringbone tile in the mudroom is really amazing but....My favorite is the brick backsplash in the kitchen. Winner! Winner! My husband's favorite is the granite with stone fireplace that was created from a picture I took in. Any hiccups that occurred were quickly addressed and fixed. Can't wait to enjoy all the indoor scenery. Thanks Old World Stone!
I just had my carpet installed yesterday and I’m thrilled with how it turned out! The whole process was simple and painless. I literally made an appointment for that same week, walked in, told them what my issues were and what flooring I was hoping to find. Skyler has an amazing ability to see the big picture when it comes to your home design and is invested in the overall outcome. A tile choice I had made was out of stock, he let me know an estimated delivery date as well as a dozen other options that worked with our homes’ design that were in stock and equally gorgeous as well as basically the same cost.
