We loved the quality of the carpet. The installers did a good job and completed it when promised. The one issue we had was that the prices shown on the website did not match those quoted and the staff could not explain the difference.
Experience was okay. Everytime an estimator came, the price went up but out understanding of the job stayed the same. Appointments for people coming to our house were usually late--including those first thing in the morning. I stayed in the house the day of the installation. It was a nightmare! I couldn't get anything done because of the racket. But it was only a day and the installers did a great job. Our second invoice seemed to get lost. Project turned out great
Skyler was very helpful and has a good artistic eye for coordinating color and patterns. The whole staff is friendly and approachable.
I love how they have so many choices and all of their employees can help you with colors and can make sure it all flows in your space. No need to shop around and spend time at other stores.
OWSI was great! Skylar was very helpful! He helped me find the carpet I wanted. He is quick to reply to his texts and very easy to work with.
