The first impression was NOT GOOD! When I booked, I informed them that I would be a late arrival. 2 days before I arrived, I called again and reminded them that I would be late. The girl informed me that i would receive a text message with a code to get into the box by the door that would contain an envelope with the code to our door. The day I arrived, we got the text BUT there was NO ENVELOPE! We could not get into our room. No one was around! 3 TIMES I notified them that I would be late!
