Great hotel great location We arrived late. The hotel staff was super helpful. Everyone was so nice. We were able to walk to a fun TIki bar restaurant and location is perfect. Gorgeous scenery clean room comfortable environment. Breakfast at the shops is like you’re in a cute little French town.

Charming property This is not a slick fancy resort. It is warm and homey with friendly staff. If you want to slow it way down, this place is for you. Best parts - huge screened balcony with Gulf views and incredible breezes, and small kitchen for the self sufficient vacationer who doesn't want to eat every meal in a restaurant. Nearby farmers market was within walking distance and amazing. Plenty of activities also nearby for the ambitious. We went dolphin watching and on a dinner cruise in the gulf.

Inconsistent quality and experience We knew this hotel required a drive to the beach and most restaurants, so that was ok. We chose it for the 2 bedrooms and kitchen. It was very roomy. Some things were great: beds were very comfortable, sheets were high quality, kitchen had everything we needed, there were multiple TVs, and wireless worked very well. It is at our insistence that the music ends at 9pm, but to your point, some suites are closer to these shops then others, and we will work on better informing our guest of this in the future. It was close shops and Eating and the beach easy to get to. Large r rooms
Nice but Disappointed We checked in and there were no staff available in the locked lobby to talk to. Our check in documents were located in a mailbox. When we got to our room it had obviously never been cleaned. I called the phone number listed on the check-in paperwork 3 times and nobody ever called me back. I walked back down to the locked lobby and was able to flag someone down and explain the issue. He worked for about 30 minutes to find us a room on another floor.
