We booked the 2 bed deluxe suite - it was great! Nice accommodations and lovely balcony to relax in. The rest of the hotel needs some love though! Walking to the pool there are old pieces of furniture laying around and you need to walk next to the trash bins. The pool restrooms were grubby - just felt they needed a good clean. A bit of paint would go a long way to make the public areas look better.

The hotel is great for a family stay. I stayed at the two bedroom suite and it was amazing! Very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is great. They should just remove an old abandoned building they have right in front of it.

Checked in late and had some issues. There wasn't anyone on the premises to help, but a red wall phone.

We do our very best to contact all arriving guests with late check-ins prior to their arrival to advise them that the front desk will be closed. Nice hotel at the tip of the Island Huge apartment, very nice for families up to 8 people. Beware Tigertail Beach: it is not an actual beach.

One confusion visitors can have when visiting Tigertail Beach is that they mistake the lagoon for the beach! Although it's a bit of a walk from the parking lot, Tigertail Beach is lovely. Great looking room Hotel is no where near a beach, everything seemed to be far away from the Resort (not sure why they call it a resort). Maybe because they get extra fees. We stayed one night at $200.00 then had a cleaning fee of $50.00. so if you want to spend that much money for one night ......

The room was perfect in size for our family of four. Enjoyed how nice and quiet the hotel was and definitely the variety of fresh seafood with in walking distance. Austin at the front desk was so helpful and genuinely friendly. We will definitely be back!
