Nice but Disappointed We checked in and there were no staff available in the locked lobby to talk to. Our check in documents were located in a mailbox. When we got to our room it had obviously never been cleaned. I called the phone number listed on the check-in paperwork 3 times and nobody ever called me back. I walked back down to the locked lobby and was able to flag someone down and explain the issue. He worked for about 30 minutes to find us a room on another floor. Quiet area, nice surroundings Good time, nice area for bike riding, walking, traffic not bad at all.
Very comfortable, spacious two-bedroom suite: upgraded, clean.
The price for this room at this time frame, in comparison to other properties on the entire Island was too high based on the condition of the room. It was in sorry shape. Wallpaper pealing off the walls, tiles uprooting from the floor, the front/main door locked with questionable security - there was 1/2 inch of movement when it shut and daylight can be seen through all four sides. the appliances were old and sub-standard for a place of equivalent pricing.Bathtubs/toilets were all very worn out - probably 20 plus years old. ... read more
Check in experience is poor, no staff available during normal check in hours. You have to use a red phone to call for a code to open a padlock on a mailbox to acess your room. Red phone answering service not competent. If you have a problem hard to reach staff. The condos are nice, well maintained. Restaurants are walkable. Marina and trips nearby. I would return.
Nice hotel in residential area. Rooms Were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with glassware and dishes. Good value!
