Great place to stay with a family We needed a 2-bdrm place for just one night, and this place ended up being perfect for us. The unit was very clean and up-to-date, and had a nice, large screened in deck off the living room and master bedroom. The only complaint I have is that it was a bit difficult checking in because we arrived at 7:30pm which we had no idea was after-hours. That meant we had to call in to a someone who didn't seem to know we were coming and spent 10 minutes on the phone to finally get a code to unlock a ... read more

I am so sorry that you arrival experience was frustrating. We call every guest that hasnt arrived when we close, and leave a voice mail or email if we cant reach them. Our office hours are clearly stated on Expedia's site as well as on our own website. I wish you had let us know that you needed a crib, as we would have gladly brought one up before we closed. Great suite for family vacation Only 1 night stay, but while an older building very clean and comfortable beds. Clean with good service at front desk.

Lovely hotel We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. We had a spacious corner suite with kitchen, dining and living area, lanai and separate bedrooms. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great little market attached to the hotel with a few shops and small restaurants. We ate at Petit Soleil and The Mermaid and food was excellent at both. Also live entertainment in the square every night which was great. Didn't get a chance to eat at Bistro Soleil, but did get to enjoy entertainment at their piano ... read more

A very clean comfortable hotel. It had a very nice eating facilities right in the property. Quiet and clean. The front desk manager was somewhat brusque. The hotel s not near the beautiful Marco Island beach, so a car is needed to move a round the Island. Overall, I would return.

Tilava ja nykyaikainen huoneisto Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliaita. Huoneisto oli tyylikäs, siisti ja tilava. Alue rauhallinen ja siisti. Nyt hiljaisella kaudella alueella kovin rauhallista. Allasalue pienehkö, mutta kaunis ja toimiva. Palvelu pelaa altaallekin.
