good "bang for the buck" The units at this property are privately owned; the hotel manages rental of these units. That being said, some things were not standard, such as a limited checkin window (although they did have some after-hour accommodations), limited hotel amenities (such as towels, toiletries, etc), and irregular room furnishings. Ours were great, but I could see in some cases where this could be an issue. The unit was reasonably clean, although there was clearly an ant problem in the kitchen. Anniversary mini vacation This was a beautiful place to spend our 44th wedding anniversary. We have not been to Marco Island in my decades, and it still has the same charm. The condo was spacious and beautiful, and just a short drive to a pristine beach full of shells at low tide. The French restaurant, although pricey, was outstanding. Be sure and try the baked brie appetizer-it's a meal in itself.

Easy to find and accessible from Collier. Newly painted inside and out, in fact painting outside during my stay. In side clean, except when I walked around with by white socks they were a dirty gray color. There was a terrible smell under the kitchen sink which I smelled every time I threw out garbage. The afternoon before my departure something had happened to the cable. I couldn't get connected. There was also a large community of Hispanic people at the pool with no pool etiquette. Nice quiet location This is an outstanding location. Way more than I expected. Very economical for the amenities. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beautiful rooms. Great views. The staff is fabulous. Easy parking close to the room.

Close to beaches. The condo we stayed in was a bit dated. Minor issues like broken screen on veranda and fan did not work in Master bedroom. Really clean upon arrival. We spent 5 days and asked housekeeping to sweep floors several times but had no luck. Not sure if it was a language barrier. Condos not equipped with a broom. Overall a quite place to relax by the pool.

Location good. Ocean view. Everyone very nice. It was good. Our room was disappointing due to the fact that it is out dated. The rooms are individually owned. These owners need to update and clean it up. I will make sure next time that I call manager to make sure my room is up to standards before booking. But over all great place. Nice shops.
