Excellent value on Marco Island This felt like a private get a way on Marco. Maid service everyday was a plus. I highly recommend.

Some of the larger hotels are just too big and there are thousands of guests and children, and it takes away from what Marco Island is best known for; quaint and historic. Sauberes und geräumiges Hotel Bestes Hotel auf unserer ganzen Reise. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Hammer!!! Keine versteckten Kosten!!! Wohnung riesig, sehr geoflegt uns stilvoll eingerichtet. Hier hält man es wochenlang aus. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, dafür in wunderschöner herziger Ladenzeile hinter dem Hotel ein Frühstücksrestaurant, welches ebenfalls sehr stilvoll eingerichtet ist. good "bang for the buck" The units at this property are privately owned; the hotel manages rental of these units. That being said, some things were not standard, such as a limited checkin window (although they did have some after-hour accommodations), limited hotel amenities (such as towels, toiletries, etc), and irregular room furnishings. Ours were great, but I could see in some cases where this could be an issue. The unit was reasonably clean, although there was clearly an ant problem in the kitchen. Anniversary mini vacation This was a beautiful place to spend our 44th wedding anniversary. We have not been to Marco Island in my decades, and it still has the same charm. The condo was spacious and beautiful, and just a short drive to a pristine beach full of shells at low tide. The French restaurant, although pricey, was outstanding. Be sure and try the baked brie appetizer-it's a meal in itself.

Easy to find and accessible from Collier. Newly painted inside and out, in fact painting outside during my stay. In side clean, except when I walked around with by white socks they were a dirty gray color. There was a terrible smell under the kitchen sink which I smelled every time I threw out garbage. The afternoon before my departure something had happened to the cable. I couldn't get connected. There was also a large community of Hispanic people at the pool with no pool etiquette.
