Excellent? Not quite. This hotel was very nice, except for a couple of things. The plantation shutters in my room had some broken slats, the carpeting in the bedrooms was so stained it looked like a Petri dish, and if there were any facilities for exercise at all, I couldn't find them. That said, it's an otherwise very nice establishment that is mostly well-kept. I was told the suites are individually owned, so my thinking here is whoever owns room 412 really needs to get on the ball as far as the carpets go. Stanley Steemer... read more

Dear Joseph, Thanks so much for the feedback. We have since replaced the floors in that unit and laid down gorgeous new flooring. Those plantation slats are always a struggle, as guests try to slide the shutters open and closed without closing them first, and damage the owners blinds. It drives us crazy. Great for a small group. 4 of us had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was a great value and the suite was very comfortable. The kitchen was a plus.

The staff was very helpful with answers and suggestions for where to eat in the area. The cleaning staff was very polite and unobtrusive. The nearby/attached restaurant Cafe de Marco has the best lobster bisque. They also have a laundry on site, a nice pool and spacious lanai's on their units.

Will Stay Again The condo is close to shopping and the beach. There was good covered parking which was a definite plus in the heat. The condo was spacious and I loved the tile floors especially because of my allergies to carpeting. We had a great view and an awesome pool area. On the down side, a couple things that require attention were the master bathroom tub and lack of kitchen supplies. The tub needs to either be resurfaced or replaced. Nice accommodations but a surprise cleaning fee. These are privately owned condos that are rented out as hotel suites. Ours was very nice and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Each one however would be different. We stayed off season so the price was very reasonable. We did not know there was an extra $50 cleaning fee. When I looked back on the Hotels.com site, it did state that but under a section where you had to push "more" before you saw it.
