Best meal we had in Ridgeland (and the cheapest)! I Doordashed lunch yesterday and was super pleased with my burger and fries. My husband and I had dinner at a local spot and had the most mediocre meal ever and spent 150 dollars, so we had lunch at Old Towne today. Shavanka and the ladies were so nice and pleasant and the burgers were fantastic!

This store really needs to hold a training on good customer service because it surely lacks that for sure. To be located in one of Ridgeland’s busy area’s you would think the owner would hire nice workers. Those ladies are by far the rudest workers I’ve ever met. They are extremely rude to the very ppl who keep the store running. The owner really need to step in and see what’s truly the problem because the workers make his business look extremely bad. Today me and my girlfriend walked in after our first class to come and grab some breakfast. My girlfriend wanted a iced latte that was on the menu that was displayed and she ordered and the employee told her that there was stuff over on the other side of the store to make lattes but there wasn't. Not to mention that the employee had all the stuff needed to make a latte she just didn't feel like it. Shalika just had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life at a time like this ??? This company needs to do a better job at hiring decent people! Simple things like welcome or hi or thank you should not have to be taught to a grown woman. I have been coming here for years.... Today was my last day ! On a Sunday ?? What has this world come to? Disgusting attitude very bad look for Ridgeland !

Don’t waste you time. Obviously something has changed here. This was once a very good place to pick up a sandwich. I would classify it the worst. I will never go back simply because of the customer service. They got my order wrong I argued with me that it wasn’t wrong. It took almost an hour to get food and there was only 2 other people there. Never again!!
