We rescued a 13 yr old Maltese. Not knowing much about her at the time and finding her in bad shape. We seen Dr Reid and got extremely good news with her guidance. The staff was wonderful as Always but our visit was long due to bloodwork that this sweet dog needed to make some decisions about her future. We got good news & she is scheduled for future visits! We will make her years going forward as comfortable as possible with Dr Reid & staff of Old Town Veterinary. Thank You

Great care for your 4 legged babies. We have been patients there for almost 20 years. The staff are fabulous and very knowledgeable on the most up to date procedures and techniques.

What can I say that will truly capture just how amazing Dr. Jarvis is?! She has helped me so much with three miniature poodles that I was fostering yo prep to go out of the country. Dakota loves going to Oldtown since we moved to Winston Salem from NY in 2014. He has especially made "girlfriends" among almost all the female vets there. His new favorite is Dr. Spencer.He has won over even the vet tech named Ryann that took him back the last two times he was seen. She was hilarious with him at his current well visit when she came back to the room with him in her arms and made him wave at us.

We had Dr Myer who was nothing but stellar with our first cat who unfortunately had cancer and passed in Aug We were ready for another cat so we thought the humane society would be good.I was very wrong we have a kitten who came home and became very very I’ll we took him to OTV and we’re treated with the same loving hands we had before I can’t recommend them enough thank you to all the great staff 🧡❤️🧡❤️🧡❤️

I was an employee here for almost a year and just want to share how terrible it is behind the scenes at this hospital, the drama and just unprofessional comments and treatment from Dr.Jarvis and management was very inhumane and disappointing. They don’t not care about the staff at all. I am now working at an animal hospital that made me realize how sad the atmosphere truly was. Mistakes are made often and the mentorship is nonexistent. Very expensive.. sometimes they barely even saw my animals and charged hundreds. If I was you I would go to the vet in rural hall they actually show they care about our animals and is not expensive very affordable!!! They actually treated our animals!!!!!!
