I had a fantastic experience at Brite Smiles dental office. The entire team was extremely professional, and everything ran right on schedule, which I truly appreciate. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine courtesy. The staff and especially, doctor Olga Kandov, made me feel completely at ease, and the service was delivered with care, attention to detail, and kindness. It’s refreshing to visit a place where professionalism and a friendly atmosphere go hand in hand. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to many dentist in my 77 years, and I can honestly say say Dr Kandov is the first dentist that I have not had panic attacks with. Both she and her staff are kind, compassionate, and supportive. Oh and they do a great job on my dental work. Thank you all.
I have been under Dr kandov’s care for a couple of years. My experience at the office has always been great. The care has been excellent and the staff was always courteous and helpful. The results were always perfect. If you are looking for a good dentist, Dr Kandov is the one. I very highly recommend her.
I have been a patient since Dr Kandov took over the practice from Dr Steve (who was excellent) Dr K is current with the best equipment and practices. The office is comfortable and attractive. She is efficient and does take time to discuss the entire strategy for a simple cavity to a complex surgery.
What a truly awful and frustrating experience. I scheduled a consultation at Access Dental Group with Dr. Olga Kandov to discuss an implant. A month prior, I explained my case to the front desk and, the day before my appointment, I sent over all my X-rays. They put me on hold to confirm with Dr. Kandov if she could handle my case — I was told “yes, she can.” On the day of my appointment, I waited an hour and a half in the office before being called in.
