I’ve been going to Dr. Olin for a few years now and the staff is very professional. My hygienist is amazing. She is so professional and makes me feel welcomed. She answers all of my questions and makes me comfortable during my cleanings.
Friendly, competent staff. Dr. Olin makes you confident and comfortable and explains everything thoroughly.
The staff is nice but when I went to get a cavity fill in my molar before hand had no issues except for a cavity. After two hours of the fill i tried chewing on that tooth to which started to hurt right in the center of the molar went back to fix it each time but when I mentioned I chewed on it they stated that it was due to a chip in the tooth I expressed it was right on the center to which they said the chip is on the side so that made no sense to me. Olin dental group is an excellent group. From the front reception staff that greets you as soon as you walk in and acknowldges your presence to the attendants and doctors. So far I have been going there for years and nothing to complain about, except for about 4 years ago they had an office manager that was not good at all. But since then everything has been great. The reception ladies always help me with my papers n receipts needed for my HSA. Overall Awesome!
I don't like going to the dentist, but when I have to go I love Olin Dental. Super friendly staff, they are very informative about my dental health. Even my twins go here and love it too. God bless Olin Dental. Lee Adelman
