I guess I lucked out having the better experience with Olympus/Nelson. They've always been prompt with maintenance requests, have kept my rent consistent and are always courteous in letting me know when they're coming in for quarterly checks. Personally recommend going with them.
I have been renting from Olympus Nelson for about 3 years. It's definitely one of the better property management companies. Their UI for their tenant portal is easy to use for payment or maintenance requests. Every time I have had a maintenance request, they get on it. It is nice to know that there are property management companies out there who still care.

Olympus/Nelson Property Management Co. has been absolutely FANTASTIC every step of the way. Their entire team is incredibly knowledgeable of the entire process, has helped in every step of the way and is very responsive. I've been renting an apartment from Olympusnelson for a year and a half (the complex on the Scott street). The price is VERY reasonable so I expected any types of problems that other reviewers described. The building is really old and the interior is very simple. However I moved in a just renovated apartment with painted walls, new carpet and all appliances. Never had a problem with maintenance.
