We’ve been renting from O/N for about 5 months and have a good experience. All of our work requests have been addressed and resolved within days.
Mary D blocked my emails when I asked for my $50 application fee back after being denied. Let me save you $50 too because it seems like you his is how they make extra money. If you do not meet the following criteria, you will be denied too: 1. 700 credit score 2. Salary must 3 times the amount of rent. Sometimes they will tell you it’s 4 times if you’re Black. 3. I've been renting an apartment from Olympusnelson for a year and a half (the complex on the Scott street). The price is VERY reasonable so I expected any types of problems that other reviewers described. The building is really old and the interior is very simple. However I moved in a just renovated apartment with painted walls, new carpet and all appliances. Never had a problem with maintenance. I've leased three bayou homes from the company in the last six years. The properties are well-maintained and in a beautiful location. When maintenance is needed, they respond quickly and get the job done properly the first time. The on-line portal makes it easy to pay rent or request maintenance. Of course the staff respond quickly to email and telephone contacts as well. The management is exceptional, and I thoroughly recommend them.
