We purchase frequently from the Mansfield, MA location. Many times we have been helped by Ryan, who is great. He knew our last name when we came in the door. He is always very helpful with guiding our selections and giving personal recommendations. We needed help picking out the correct streaks for Mother's Day. This place has some of the best steaks and meats around. All frozen of course but on Groupon you can find some really great deals on cheap good meat.
Ok, well I just found out, not long ago that one of these was close, Mansfield, Massachusetts 😀.I grab a friend, we spend around $300.00 split it, and we are enjoying absolutely delicious, top quality, steaks, chicken breast, pork chops, hot dogs, smash burgers, lava cakes sides, desserts. Rude staff. Called me a liar when I stated that I was told it was ok to pick up my order at a later date. Stated “we’re mad at you ! You were supposed to pick this up last Thursday, Ryan would have never allowed this” Well, guess what? Ryan DID allow it, and the hostility from ALL the female staff present was humiliating and uncalled for. I have sent a request to corporate requesting a call back to discuss. I get it, it’s Christmas, you’re busy. No excuse to treat me the way you treated me.
Love this place. Today I was helped by Gail and Brian. Both of whom kept the atmosphere in the store very pleasant. They help me explore other options that I wasn't aware of and new items. They always have great deals and sales. Great food. But most importantly great service.
