The delivery was literally left out next to my garage without even ringing the bell. Was it too hard to ring a bell? The meats good though. It was outside for an hour and a half. Thankfully it's still frozen, or it would have been a big problem. Last time your driver gave me one box when I had two I told him. I don't know if you ignored me or didn't understand me. He went all the way back to the store and had to come back and deliver it later at night. You need to train your drivers better. Pat D.
It has been around 10 years since we shopped at Omaha Steaks. For many years until then, I used to send the big variety meat packages to my best 30 customers. Like me, they all loved everything and helped me increase our sales. Fast forward to the present. We went to shop for just ourselves a couple of weeks ago. Wow!!! First time here today and I had the BEST customer service ever!!! Daniel was very helpful. I came here today for chicken breast but ended up leaving with more good stuff and free dinner and free skillet, and dessert.!!! 😁 Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and for your patience as Daniel walked me through all you have to offer in this location. Today we visited with the intent to purchase quite a bit of product. We were happily greeted by Daniel! He was very helpful and super knowledgeable. Our child has an egg allergy and he was able to help us find meals to accommodate our need. He needs a raise, honestly. He knew a lot about the company and offered us every possible deal the store had to offer. We have always enjoyed ordering online, so im glad that coming in to this store was an excellent experience. 10/10 Can't express it enough, haha.
My niece gave me a gift certificate for Christmas 2024. I finally visited the store in February to select my steak purchase. I should be set for the year for meat options. The man at the store was very helpful and friendly.
