Ordered almost $1000 for family members i.e. children for Christmas. I of 3 was delivered and the other 2 did not. Labels printed but no order received by UPS. I called UPS to verify. Called customer service, finally got a human and he would not admit order wasn't shipped even tho their website said it was. Now they said they will send out a new order. I no longer trust them. They tried to lie and caught them. Hopefully this makes the ceo's desk because it's not right and it's a shame I even have to write this review.

Omaha Steaks is good. I love their jumbo hotdogs and we have ordered the Waygu burgers too which are delicious. I would definitely recommend Omaha Steaks

Ordered nearly $200 worth of products for my daughter in Mississippi for Christmas. Order placed on 12/17/25 and shipped on 12/23/25 with a delivery date of 12/26/25. Delivery arrived on 12/29/25 with damaged packaging and contents completely thawed and leaking. At this time I have been on hold for nearly 2 hours trying to talk to a representative. This is the absolute worst experience I have had with any retailer.

I bought $200 worth of steaks here, received a wine voucher that I have not been able to use. I called the store they sent me to customer support and customer support is now closed? Why give vouchers if you can’t apply them online for a purchase or accept them over the phone. Until someone makes this right I recommend everyone stay away from all Omaha steaks for their shady marketing.
