The steaks were ok. Steriods, anti biotics used on the cows and not a grass fed diet. Definitely not the quality and/or portion size required for the price they’re charging. Huge chunks of fat in each Ribeye. Booth Creek steaks are head and shoulders better than Omaha. I came because I got a gift card and I don’t see myself returning. Getting three stars because the guy working in the store was a really cool dude.
Ordered almost $1000 for family members i.e. children for Christmas. I of 3 was delivered and the other 2 did not. Labels printed but no order received by UPS. I called UPS to verify. Called customer service, finally got a human and he would not admit order wasn't shipped even tho their website said it was. Now they said they will send out a new order. I no longer trust them. They tried to lie and caught them. Hopefully this makes the ceo's desk because it's not right and it's a shame I even have to write this review.
delivery got messed up from roadie and the store called me and made sure we got everything in a timely manner. Super nice and cared about our order. Love to have a local Omaha store in OP agian.
Customer service experience was awful. I went in and they wanted my phone #, address, email, social security #, fingerprints, blood sample, and mother’s maiden name. They kept trying to upsell me on stuff. It was taking an eternity and I don’t have all day to spend trying to buy steaks, I have a life. I was extremely turned off and left without buying anything. I won’t be going back.
Ordered nearly $200 worth of products for my daughter in Mississippi for Christmas. Order placed on 12/17/25 and shipped on 12/23/25 with a delivery date of 12/26/25. Delivery arrived on 12/29/25 with damaged packaging and contents completely thawed and leaking. At this time I have been on hold for nearly 2 hours trying to talk to a representative. This is the absolute worst experience I have had with any retailer.
