Unfortunately they won't be getting further business from us. Someone had recently given me someone had recently given me $150 gift card to Omaha. BUYER BEWARE! Just bought a $325.00 box containing their premade dinners and that will be the last time I order from Omaha Steaks again! 1st issue - the Salt content is extremely high and the brisket meal was by far the worst which had me sick for a good 24hrs. Did not realize there’s an illness called hypernatremia until after I felt sick from there food! 2nd issue - most cook times say 50-60 mins on the box, but the centers were still frozen solid after that time. My experience with Omaha Steaks was abysmal. The order was delivered seventeen days late. Correspondence to customer service was pathetic as was the tracking system. It hours on hold to finally speak to a human which resulted in zero satisfaction. All I received was stress, anxiety and frustration. I will be reaching out to family, friends and my social media accounts regarding this matter
