My husband and I went to the store on 12/23/25 looking for a pot roast for Christmas dinner. We were helped by Steve Brown who spent much time with us, to help us understand the current specials on meats, sides, and desserts. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We had a great experience at the store, despite being so last minute with our purchase. We saved a whole lot of money and had a great Christmas meal. Thank you, Steve!
My experience was awful. I went into the store was not greeted and I just moved around. Next thing I hear is the staff screaming at each other about the night shift etc. after watching them stomp around the store I finally said I don’t work hear can I get some help. I placed an on-line order and when I went online to check on this order it showed that Omaha Steaks corrected my address which the company decided to do on their own. The problem was they deleted my house number, if I didn't look at my order again I would have never received this package. I caught it in time to contacted usp to give them my house number. 3 times I called Omaha Steaks in Springfield for certain item. Same guy said each time " oh its on truck,still unloading. How is that possible. One time I was sitting there in parking lot when I called, no truck in front or back of store. Place should be closed down. Be wise shop supermarket and save your 💰.
My wife and I went to the Springfield, PA store last Friday. Our 1st time there. The 2 sales people at the desk were not helpful at all, was given a paper with the packages listed. We were Advised if we ordered we would have to take it with us then. We were not sure of freezer space. We said we would be back. We went in today and it was the same staff as before.
