Prices are high and change rapidly. Online prices are a lot different. Advertise cheap price to lure you in, then once there prices rise sharply.
Giving 5 stars based on the customer service at the Cranberry Twp store. They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with an order. Kudos especially to William, the assistant manager, who worked with me several times to get everything straightened out.
Gift Package arrived, completely thawed, even dripping blood from one of the packages. After over 45 mins trying to get a response from customer serve, I gave up. Left my phone number, no call back and it’s been 3 days. I used to send Omaha steaks as gifts myself, but not anymore. I’d say the worst customer service ever, but there actually was zero customer service.
I went to omaha for about a year or so but stopped going for awhile because the quality disappeared but after my son got a job there we found out that the quality has been fixed!! The steaks and beef taste amazing, i missed the taste of real beef. Please don't ever let the quality drop and thank you for being amazing for all these years!!
They had all but one item that I wanted. Fourth time it wasn't in stock. Bone in pork chops. Just on line. They charge to much for shipping. Rather get it in store.
