We decided to skip the Valentine's Day crowds this year and eat in, following a friend’s recommendation to try Omaha Steaks. Honestly, it was the best decision we could have made! The steaks were incredibly tender—literally melt-in-your-mouth soft. They included a signature seasoning that elevated the flavor to a professional steakhouse level. UNBELIEVABLY BAD!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER! WAITED ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I placed an order for 3 boxes with a delivery date of 12/17/25. The order was accepted and the delivery date was confirmed. Since then it has been postponed multiple times, the latest of which just happened as I have been waiting on hold for over an hour. I had issues with the app and website Adjusting my delivery date. So I called locally. Just Can’t do better than making an order with Tim here. Funny, professional and excellent guy! Can’t wait to enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner. Thanks a bunch Tim and have a great holiday season!
Went to the Towson MD store for the first time. We felt very rushed. The customer service rep, Tim Y., did not make us feel welcome. We were there to purchase Carmel Apple Tartlets but also wanted to browse. However, Tim rushed us so we were not able to look at other products. He also did not like when we said we were not interested in giving our personal info (we were previous online customers and the amount of mail & email was overwhelming). We drove 35 miles and will not be back.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Customer service is almost non-existent. My order was totally different than what I had paid for. No scalloped potatoes, no free extra burgers and we got different (lower) quality steaks. This was a bait and switch scam. Items were to be a Christmas present and when I tried to return it, they continually put me off with repeated emails and promises to make things right.
