Absolutely the worst company to deal with.They never showed up once then Installed two different shades of carpet. Then the CEO threatened with legal action against me because they wanted to waste more of my time when it was convenient for them not me, For a job that should have been completed right the first time. They finally decided to go through warranty to rectify the problem. I would highly recommend never to deal with them.
Worst experience and service ever! This man is a complete crook. We had paid a deposit on carpeting in the basement and bedrooms in our previous rental. This large amount down was for materials and removal my husband and I had to remove it our selves. We were to pay the remainder once the job was completed. The job would be done once we already had moved to our new home. This man contacted us and lied, he told us the job was complete and we were to pay him for installation. Great customer service! I recently inquired about flooring for our basement. I wanted to match our upstairs as close as possible. Shaina came to our home for measurements and asked us lots of questions about what we wanted. She explained everything in a sense we could understand. Shortly thereafter she provided us with a rough quote as I had recommended. We met in the Omega Showroom and picked a couple options of what we wanted. There must have been a flooring emergency at Costco gas bar tonight. The driver of the company van sure was in a hurry to re-fuel as he approached the pumps almost hitting another vehicle that wanted the same pump. Slow the hell down!!
