I placed an order on Friday, got a notification it was in the mail a couple minutes later, received it on Tuesday. Top notch customer service all three times I have done business with them.
I sent a FB message asking them to bring a specific piece of gear to an event, and they set it aside and held it for me even though they only had 2, and they had multiple people ask for it!
