Fast and friendly service! Always welcoming and warm. Goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has had a negative dental experience, this place is the opposite and will change your negative feelings about going to the dentist. Grateful for the kindness showed to me while visiting this office. 10/10! Nancy will even hold your hand if you're uneasy with a procedure lol! The whole team is great at what they do!
OnCall Dental has an amazing staff and Dentist. From making my first time appointment with Nancy (who has exceptional people skills) to getting major dental work done and cleanings, every point of contact with every staff member is extremely professional, courteous, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. They also have an office in Fresno and have dental urgent care services and hours. Dr. Kondo is amazing! My husband needed emergency dental care and they were able to take of it the same day. We will definitely continue our dental carr with her. Great overall service.
First off I have to start by saying this dental office and staff are nothing short of amazing!!! I had been in sever pain on a Sunday evening...my wife had to take me to the ER(which was a waste of time). So Monday mornin my wife searched out a dental office that could get me in right away and she came across OnCall Dental. This was my first visit here in Hanford. I have dental phobia and anxiety. Everyone here was so sweet, sympathetic & understanding. Dr. VanHoff was wonderful and explained everything in detail. I didn’t get any work done yet so will keep you posted.
