On Call Dental, Cracked tooth: Dr. Gates and the staff were all extremely professional, pleasant, kind, and very welcoming. Genevieve was nice and let me know what she was doing when she took x-rays and pictures of my troubled tooth. Then Dr. Gates explained in detail and the options of what could be done with tooth. The entire staff here are really nice easy to talk to and very professional. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone. I was very impressed on how comfortable they made my experience here. I highly recommend this office! The office staff is extremely professional & all have ahhmazing spirits. Dr.Gates always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you have, his wisdom is beyond measure just love this place so much & Lisa there Dental Hygienist, always makes my smile so bright & beautiful recommend a thousand times!! Had a great experience with Dr. Gates and OnCall Dental! Had some dental pain and my regular dentist couldn’t get me in for two weeks. OnCall got me in right away and were very thorough and thoughtful. Everyone I interacted with was professional and nice. Dr. Gates took a lot of time to explain what was causing the pain and gave me a plan of action. All for only $99. I was so pleased by the whole experience that I will be switching to them for my primary dental needs.
Dr. Gates and Nick were amazing! Both were very thorough with explaining everything to me and answered every question I had. My tooth extraction itself took no more than a couple minutes. Everyone was friendly and they got me in and out so quick. Definitely recommend.
