This is the best appliance repair service in the area. After speaking with the technician for a few minutes on the phone, he diagnosed the problem with my microwave and ordered the parts. The office worked with my schedule and we set an appointment. The office called multiple times to confirm the day and time. The servicemen were on time and got right to work. Mixed feelings about my experience. Correspondence didn’t happen unless I initiated it, I was promised call-backs and they didn’t happen until I said that I will take my business elsewhere. I think I spoke with the same lady every time I called and she was always nice, accommodating and did her best to help. Everyone we interacted with at One Choice was excellent! The wonderful ladies we spoke with on the phone were kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. The gentleman who came to our home to work on the refrigerator, was also knowledgeable, courteous of being inside my home, and timely. I would recommend this service to anyone.
I have been pleased and satisfied with the service I have received. Ms Sharlyne is a particular point of light in how she helped me deal with the issue that has required ordering parts and waiting for them to arrive. And Richard, the technician is a master in his craft. He is an exceptionally well oriented person who carries out his duties most efficiently and handles himself well.
