I suspect the previous dentists at this business were much better humans. I had a very similar experience as many of the other most recent reviewers. I was able to get a quick appointment and had an amazing hygienist (seriously probably the best one ever), but the dentist didnt even touch my teeth but declared that I needed $2000 worth of work immediately. The dental professionals at One Dental in Gig Harbor are the best I have ever experienced. From the moment I came in the front door I was greeted with a caring and kindness rarely experienced in any setting, which continued through my treatment all the way to my departure, two hours later. Over that period, I had extensive dental work done by Dr. Correll and her dental assistant, CiCi. They were so gentle during the procedures that I became so relaxed I very nearly fell asleep. I am a patient at the one dental Tacoma office. I transferred to gig harbor solely because my hygienist moved there and I liked her. This was just for cleanings. I was keeping my treatments in Tacoma. I had my teeth cleaned in April. I had an exam at the time and I was told by the doctor in gig harbor that I needed a crown on one of my teeth because I had a big filling in it. I had no issues with the tooth. I have been going to this dental office since childhood, back when Dr. Mitchell ran the practice. I continued as a patient when Dr. Aichlmayr took over and never had any significant issues. (Which reflects the current good reviews on Google). Because of my past positive experiences, I decided to bring my husband to this office as well, not realizing at the time that One Dental had taken over. Unfortunately, that was my first mistake. The best dentists in Gig Harbor! Dr Correll fixed some chips in my teeth and corrected my bite professionally. She is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to and talented as a dentist. There’s nowhere else I’ll go for my dental needs
