We had a great experience at the clinic during my 8-year-old son’s comprehensive eye exam. The staff was kind, patient, and made him feel very comfortable throughout the visit. I’ve trusted Dr. Tai with my family’s eye care for years. He’s one of the rare optometrists who takes the time to conduct a truly comprehensive exam—he diagnosed my severe dry eyes and even discovered a small hole in my eye that others had missed. Even as a younger patient, I’ve never felt dismissed. Dr. Tai is thorough, kind, and highly knowledgeable. He explains everything clearly and ensures you receive the right care. His professionalism and genuine concern for his patients are unmatched.
I had a chance to visit Dr. Tai & Associates at One Vision Optometry. I was very impressed with the place. So much so, I decided to write this review. I do not have my eyes examined nearly enough. So, I need to know that the place I go to will personalize my visit - take time with me, try to understand my history and give sound advice to help me care for my vision. This place delivers. My parents, my sister and her family are also clients. I would definitely recommend.
I have done vision therapy with Dr. Tai and Kathleen during two different periods of time over the last eight years (including these last two years). My appointments and treatments have been very beneficial. Both of them have really gone above and beyond in order to assist me in overcoming my health issues and get back to full-time work. If you were are any kind of vision related issues, I would highly recommend you to visit this place. Such comprehensive and holistic care is tough to find these days.
