As one enters you feel so welcomed by the staff and the interior of this place blew me away. Just so calm and peaceful. Jennifer was so amazing and what I found to be a plus point at this Optometry place at each point one is told what will be done so you know what to expect. The services at One Vision Optometry is beyond excellent. Over the years, which is well over 10 years, i have experienced courteous, very helpful and highly trained professionals. Dr Tai not only takes the time to explain the current situation but offer suggestions and other helpful advice as required. We had a great experience at the clinic during my 8-year-old son’s comprehensive eye exam. The staff was kind, patient, and made him feel very comfortable throughout the visit. I’m really thankful that we do this yearly and it’s so important to monitor his eye health, especially at this age when changes can happen without us even realizing it. Bernadette and Jennifer are very friendly, encouraging and so helpful at the clinic, they really help you maximize your benefits in getting the right fit for your eye care! Dr.Fong and Dr. Din are very patient, fun loving and understanding that knows how to support children in being cooperative to engage in the vision exam, fitting for glasses ect especially they are very accommodating to special needs children which is such a relief and makes us feel at ease being there! … It is was an amazing experience as usual there :)
