I don't understand how counselors there have so much say they don't call u back and they do what ever they want. And I have power of attorney and proxy over my father and I have no say...how come there no one looking over them . They just run rough shot.. and if anyone can help with any number that to someone that can do something... This is sad how our elderly are being treated. My father in law is here and we came to visit. He is incapable to move around on his own. It has been over an hr that we asked one CNA and one miserable nurse who does not understand the meaning of a smile. For most part the staff is amazing but the nurse or whatever she is really should not be around people, I have never seen unprofessional person as she is. I will be definitely having a conversation with the office and place a complaint.

My sister is there presently. She has a colostomy that they don't have supplies for... and also needs wound care for a drain they haven't attended to. Presently hoping she survives this place. Lots of people visiting.. not many working.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I have never been in such a worse place than onieda center. The staff treated us horrible they yell at us and they made me feel uncomfortable about my weight. Every time I asked for a snack a few of the aids told me I need to go on a diet or they would say look at you you don’t look like you need a snack. The food is horrible I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. They make us feel like we are prisoners more than patients and more like animals than humans. I can’t believe the things I ... read more

This place is HORRIBLE. My 62 year old sister is there after Hip replacement and has been for 6 months. The residents are left unkept and unattended and takes hours for them to assist residents. She fell trying to get herself to bathroom and suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury and we weren't made aware of why she was so dis-oriented until 2 months later. No Doctors on staff, No doctors appointments, no communication with family. Just passing out drugs to quiet patients.. She has Cancer and needs treatment and has not seen he... read more
