Now if I could I would give this facility triple 000 review I would! Please folks if you love your loved ones do not leave them here! This facility needs to be closed down! They don’t come in at night to help someone who is fully handicapped and can’t move their hands, legs or anything ! They don’t come in to change positions or give the person water! Not professional at ALL!! My fiance is currently there..Gets yelled at slammed around in wheel chair.Tells him he can do things himself(he had a stroke) he does dress himself,makes his own bed but when ask for help is emotionally abused..Fell out of bed and nurse Linda yelled for him to get up..He lost use of right leg..Complaining gets swept away(they all cover for each other) I have called administrator Adam Hovey(I think last name) nurses said things didn't happen so it over. ABSOLUTE WORSE CARE GIVEN TO MY MOTHER! Feces on her sheets and pillowcases. Left unattended at the lunch table for 3 hours with her head slouched over the table! Over medicated! Infections! The place is HELL! Do not put your family members in here!
Have the highest turn over rate staff is rude some of the aides and Rn's lpn's as well as human resources here you can see who is here to work and who is here for a check residents come and leave worse than when they came. Human Resource does not care when staff come to them for help.
.. The only way to make them people pay is in courts ..they don't care what best for the person or family it's the money...I see lots of post with people unhappy..if everyone stood together for there loved ones . and make them pay .. talking about it does nothing..make them lose money.thats doing something....I never new how bad it was in them places..it don't seem real that it would be..they want it there way and don't care what u want...then if u lose your love ones ..that's it there done it's on the family to take care of... read more
