So glad I found this business and have used their professional services for a few years now. They seem to have something that I'm looking for each time, ie good selection. Madeline is knowledgeable and helpful. Rich is a very experienced installer- efficient and makes things look beautiful. Overall, this flooring business is excellent.
Could not say enough nice things about the 2 Miguel's! They did an amazing job, arrived on time- cleaned as they went- finished on time, explained the process and were such kind gentlemen. Purchase process was no stress, quick turn around and much less expensive than I thought it would be. Could not be happier with the result or their work ethic- a contractor you can set a watch by is rare- may they only get green lights and both sides of their pillows stay cold!
Marty came out to see if our sunroom floor was repairable. If not, we were willing to go to the store and pick out a new floor for Onondaga Flooring to put in. He took a sample square to investigate with the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty. He said he would call and let us know. Well, a week went by and not a call. Paid off my house, and then used my equity to make repairs I have been wanting for last 20 years. Replaced my flooring on my back porch, and my kitchen. Onondaga flooring has always been a family favorite, but this was my 1st. time using the service myself. They were great and very professional. The installer had a sense of humor and was a true pleasure to have working in my home. He was committed to being efficient and doing the job correctly. Updated review, June 2026. Onondaga flooring reached out to us to fix the issues by the previous installer. We could not be happier with the work Rich did to fix our floors and how great Madeline was to work with to schedule the repairs, she wanted to make sure the job was done right and we were completely satisfied. We finally feel like we got our monies worth. Thank you!
