I love the medical staff at OnPointe Bartlett and two of the ladies that work the front desk are very sweet as well. However, there is one lady who might possibly be the rudest human being I have ever met. She has no people skills and is extremely rude and unprofessional ever time I have to interact with her. Worst urgent care experience ever. The only thing that saved it a little bit was the intake nurse who took vitals and asked questions while I was there. She was very sweet and personable and I did not get her name unfortunately. However, that being said I saw Paula Sayson - She came into the room so quick, did not introduce herself or who she was. This was the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in assisting or answering questions. When I spoke to her, she avoided eye contact and appeared disengaged, even scratching her chin as if she found the interaction bothersome. Her demeanor made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I’ve been trying to get my son seen here for the past 2 days. Yesterday, the receptionist said they stopped taking walk ins after 5:30. Today, a different receptionist said the doctor stopped accepting patients after 4:45. This is beyond frustrating.
They let you make an appointment, but it doesn’t matter because you’ll still wait an hour to be called back, and the lady at the front desk has the worst attitude and will give you dirty looks if you even try to politely ask how long until you go back.
