I had an amazing experience at OnPointe Care—friendly staff, clean facility, and efficient service. The healthcare providers were knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. Whether it's routine check-ups or urgent care, they deliver top-notch service with a personal touch. Definitely my go-to clinic. 5/5 stars!
Had one great appointment and two disappointing ones. Know what you need and suggest how they can fill that need. They seem to recite canned responses without thinking about how they can actually help you. Also, expect to wait even for the first appt of the day. They say they open at 8am, but strolled in late with no apology.
I went in for a clogged right ear. Told me 2-4 hours to send in prescription to my pharmacy. Here we are 5 hours later and now I'm waiting on the provider to ok it and it still hasn't been sent to the pharmacy. The girl answering the phone is rude, snotty and likes to hang up on people. If your looking for urgent Care this isn't the place. Worse service ever!!!!!!
I love the medical staff at OnPointe Bartlett and two of the ladies that work the front desk are very sweet as well. However, there is one lady who might possibly be the rudest human being I have ever met. She has no people skills and is extremely rude and unprofessional ever time I have to interact with her. Today she screamed at me when I opened the door that she wasn't taking walk-ins. Worst urgent care experience ever. The only thing that saved it a little bit was the intake nurse who took vitals and asked questions while I was there. She was very sweet and personable and I did not get her name unfortunately. However, that being said I saw Paula Sayson - She came into the room so quick, did not introduce herself or who she was.
